01 AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, placing an order, or using any service provided by Effingo Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms may be updated periodically. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02 SERVICES OFFERED

Effingo Studio specialises exclusively in decorative and aesthetic 3D printed products. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

→ Home & desk décor — sculptures, planters, organisers, and shelf accents

→ Miniatures & figurines — character models, dioramas, and collector pieces

→ Personalised name plates — custom-lettered desk plates, door signs, and wall art

→ Aesthetic lamps & light diffusers — decorative lamp shades, night lights, and mood lighting pieces

→ Personalised gifting — custom keepsakes, commemorative objects, and bespoke décor items

→ Post-processing services including sanding, priming, and hand-finishing

Effingo Studio does not manufacture structural, mechanical, medical, or safety-critical components. All products are intended for decorative and display purposes only.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, including requests for items that are illegal, infringe on third-party rights, or fall outside our product scope.

03 ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to confirmation by Effingo Studio. An order is only considered accepted once you receive a written confirmation (email or message) from us along with a final quote.

→ Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

→ A non-refundable advance of 50% of the total order value is required before production begins.

→ The remaining balance is due upon completion, before dispatch or pickup.

→ Accepted payment methods will be specified in your order confirmation.

→ Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

PAYMENT NOTICE Failure to complete payment within 7 days of a dispatch-ready notification may result in cancellation of your order. The advance payment will not be refunded in such cases.

04 CUSTOM & CLIENT-SUPPLIED DESIGNS

When you submit a design file (STL, OBJ, STEP, or similar) to Effingo Studio, you represent and warrant that:

→ You own or have the legal right to use and reproduce the design.

→ The design does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

→ The design does not depict illegal content or constitute a prohibited item.

Effingo Studio is not responsible for verifying the ownership of client-submitted files. Any legal liability arising from the use of unlicensed or infringing designs rests solely with the client.

We may make minor modifications to your file (supports, orientation, wall thickness adjustments) to ensure printability. Significant design changes will be communicated and require your approval before printing.

05 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE

Unless otherwise stated, Effingo Studio and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for material on this website and in all products and designs we create. All such rights are reserved.

You may access content on this website for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms. You must not:

→ Copy, republish, or redistribute any material from this website or our designs.

→ Sell, rent, or sub-license any material from Effingo Studio.

→ Reproduce or duplicate content from this website for commercial purposes.

→ Use Effingo Studio’s logo or artwork without a trademark licence agreement.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, any designs or models created by Effingo Studio on a client’s behalf remain our property until full payment is received, after which agreed usage rights transfer to the client.

→ Effingo Studio retains the right to photograph and display completed prints in our portfolio and on social media, unless you explicitly request confidentiality in writing.

→ You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute designs created by Effingo Studio without prior written consent.

06 PRODUCTION TIMELINES & DELIVERY

Estimated production timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Timelines depend on print complexity, material availability, and current order volume.

→ Standard turnaround is 3–10 business days after advance payment and design approval.

→ Rush orders may be available at an additional charge, subject to capacity.

→ Delivery is via third-party courier; shipping timelines are outside our control once dispatched.

→ Risk of loss transfers to the client upon handover to the courier.

→ We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events.

You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — we are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address details.

07 RETURNS, REPRINTS & REFUNDS

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of 3D printed products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or was printed incorrectly due to our error.

→ Claims for defective or incorrect prints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.

→ Approved claims will result in a reprint or store credit, at Effingo Studio’s discretion.

→ We are not responsible for print failures resulting from client-provided files with geometry errors, non-manifold meshes, or insufficient wall thickness.

→ Colour, surface texture, and minor dimensional tolerances (±0.5 mm or ±1%) are inherent to the process and do not constitute defects.

→ Advance payments are non-refundable once production has commenced.

PERSONALISED ORDERS Personalised products (name plates, custom figurines, bespoke décor) are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold. These orders are strictly non-returnable unless there is a production error on our part.

012 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Effingo Studio’s total liability to any client for any claim arising from the provision of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for:

→ Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or enjoyment of a product.

→ Damages arising from misuse, modification, or improper handling of products by the client after delivery.

→ Colour variation between on-screen previews and finished products, as monitor calibration and material properties may differ.

→ Loss of data or design files submitted to us.

→ Products used in ways other than their intended decorative or display purpose.

All Effingo Studio products are decorative in nature and are not designed or tested for load-bearing, electrical, or safety-critical use beyond their intended display function.

013 DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and its use. We do not warrant that the information on this website is complete, accurate, or up to date, nor that the website will remain available at all times.

Nothing in this disclaimer will:

→ Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

→ Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

015 GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
